Orbs or Dust?

I work third shift, and I come home usually around 5:30 AM. I was taking pictures of myself sleeping and such. I then came across a picture and I thought it was because of the flash. I took it again and there were still orbs/dust in the picture. Could you possibly tell me what this could be?
